Resources Needed for the Magic Dust Projects:

Project 1, Play Loteria

• Lotería game set (includes a deck of cards and a set of boards)
• beans or coins
• pencil and paper for scoring

Project 2, Make Elote

• corn on the cob - 1 per person
• mayonaisse
• sour cream
• limes - 1-2 wedges for each ear of corn
• chili powder
• cotija cheese
• cilantro (optional)
• an indoor or outdoor grill or a large pot to boil the corn
  

Project 3, Tortillas

• 2 cups Masa Harina
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/3 cups warm water
• 4 tsp vegetable oil
• scissors and ziplock bag
• skillet, spatula, bowl
