You will need the following supplies for projects listed throughout the course. You do not have to complete each project. Choose those you think would be interesting or fun.
Project 2, Painting with Colored Chalk
- Colored chalk
- An area with pavement or concrete
- Imagination
Project 3, Make Crumpets
- 1 Tbsp (7g Pack) of Dried Yeast
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons of Warm Water
- 1 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Warm Milk
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda (dissolved in a 1/2 Cup of Warm Water)
Project 4, Make a Bird Bath and Feeder
- Old candle holders
- Old dishes
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Bird feed
Project 5, Make Gingerbread
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup molasses
