You will need the following supplies for projects listed throughout the course. You do not have to complete each project. Choose those you think would be interesting or fun.

Project One, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Supply List:

• 2 cups of whole milk
• 6-8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
• A bit of sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and cayenne pepper
• Heavy whipping cream

Project Two, French Toast, Supply List:

• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Milk
• Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• Texas toast or thick bread, 6 pieces
• Syrup
• Powdered sugar (optional)
• Cooking Spray or Butter
• Equipment: Pan, Whisk, Tongs and Spatula

Project Three, Strawberry Jam, Supply List:

• 2 lbs Strawberries
• Juice from half of a large lemon or 1 tablespoon
• 2 cups Sugar
• Equipment: Melon baller or knife, spatula, 4 quart pan, pint jars

Project Four, Perspective Drawing, Supply List:

• Pencil
• Sketchpad or paper

Project Five, Watercolor Drawing, Supply List:

• Crayola watercolor paints
