Welcome to Your Course

Welcome to your writing course!

This month, we're going to learn how to write a research paper.

This course is divided into four weeks:

  • Week 1: Choosing a Type and Topic
  • Week 2: Finding Sources and Avoiding Plagiarism
  • Week 3: Outlining
  • Week 4: Editing, Revising, and Submitting the Final Paper

At any time, you can ask questions in the comments section, and our instructors will provide feedback. You can expect us to answer within 24-48 hours, but in most cases, it will be within just a few hours.

At the end of the courses, you will present your research paper for final critiques. We are excited to read your thoughts!

Important Notes...

We realize there is a lot of information provided. Do not let this overwhelm you. Feel free to skip any rabbit trails or magic dust projects that do not fit into your schedule or do not appeal to you.

We have provided you with enough information for several weeks' worth of study. However, this course is designed to be self-led. Please make it work for you -- whether that be over several weeks or several days.
