Go Outside On A Spring Day:

If you are enjoying a nice spring day, go outside to a sunny area that has lots of flowers.

• Study the flowers in the area. Do you see any bees?
• Observe the bees. What are they doing? What do they look like? Do you see any honey bees? What about bumble bees?
• Take out your Nature Journal and record what you observe. Then sketch one of the bees you see today. Make sure to label your sketches and include the date and time.
