You will need the following supplies for projects listed throughout the course. You do not have to complete each project. Choose those you think would be interesting or fun.
Project 1, Corn Husk Doll
- Corn Husks
- Twine or Wax Thread
- Heavy Duty Scissors
Project 2, Make Butter
- Glass jar with a lid
- Heavy whipping cream
- Salt
Project 3, Soap Carving
- New bar of soap (Ivory works best)
- Paperclip
- Bobby pin
- Fat paintbrush
- Plastic knife
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Printout of the design you want to use.
Project 4, Make Hasty Pudding
- Pot or Boiler
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Cornmeal (Coarse Ground - Bob's Red Mill)
- Seasoning: Salt, Cinnamon, Sugar, Molasses
