Project Supplies

You will need the following supplies for projects listed throughout the course. You do not have to complete each project. Choose those you think would be interesting or fun.

Project 1, Imagine The BFG

  • Paper or a notebook
  • Colored pencils, markers, or crayons

Project 2, Grow a Snozzcumber

  • Seeds (Bean seeds are great, but you can use any seeds you like)
  • A clear plastic cup or a small plant pot
  • Potting soil
  • Water
  • A sunny windowsill

Project 3, Exploring Heights

  • Measuring tape
  • Paper
  • Pencil
  • Exploring Heights Worksheet

Project 4, Mixing Dreams and Cake

  • Cake Mix: Choose your favorite flavor from the store.
  • Additional Ingredients: Usually, you'll need water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Check the back of the cake mix box for specific amounts.
  • Equipment: A mixing bowl, a mixer or spoon, a cake pan, and an oven.
  • Adult Help: Remember, always have a grown-up help you, especially when using the oven.
