If you are enjoying a Spring Day:

Go outside and observe the trees.

• Do you notice any trees with blooms? What do the blooms look like?
• Do you notice any trees that have leaves yet?
• Take out your sketchbook and draw a tree that is blooming or a bud on a tree. Get a nature book or use the internet to discover what type of tree you have sketched. Write it in your book.
• What other plants do you see in bloom? Do they also have buds?
