Directions:

1. Create your characters.
2. Decide what your story will be about. What is the plot? What is the conflict? How do they solve the conflict? How should the story end?
3. Start writing your play. Don't worry about grammar, just write the story as fully as you can.
4. Once you are finished, go back and read your play out loud. Make changes, move things around, add punctuation and revise the play so people will understand the story.
5. Now, find some family or friends to by the characters and start acting out your play!
