Hester is forced to wear the letter A on her clothing as a constant reminder of her sin. In our culture we often see people proudly wearing the initials of their names and we call this a monogram.

Let's celebrate your initial by making a beautiful Illuminated Letter. For this project you will need:

• 9x12 Paper
• Pencil
• Ruler
• Ultra-fine Sharpie
• Gold paint (Sargent Liquid Metal - Gold is recommended in the video)
• Colored Pencils
