How do I redeem my Lit Loot?
Just fill out the Redemption Form you received after purchase. You’ll either get a coupon code, a custom payment link, or be granted direct access to the offer. Most redemptions are processed within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).
Is there a minimum I can use?
If you purchased the Lit Loot, then no. You can use any amount.
However, if Lit Loot was gifted to you by Literary Adventures for Kids, you must use at least $5 at a time. For example, if you received $10 as a bonus and use it on a $9 product, the remaining $1 can’t be used later.
Does Lit Loot expire?
Yes, it’s valid for a fixed period. If you purchased Lit Loot, it expires five 5) years from the date of purchase.
If the Lit Loot was gifted, the expiration date is listed in your confirmation email. We’ll also remind you 60, 30, and 7 days before it expires.
Can I get a refund for Lit Loot?
Lit Loot is non-refundable unless required by law. If you request a refund on a purchase made with Lit Loot, any refund will be returned as Lit Loot. We’ll adjust the expiration date if needed.
Can I transfer my Lit Loot to someone else?
No, Lit Loot is non-transferable. However, if you have balances under multiple email addresses, we can combine them at your request.
Can I use Lit Loot during a sale?
Yes! Lit Loot works like cash, so you can use it during sales, early bird offers, and special promotions.
Can Lit Loot be revoked?
Lit Loot given as a gift or bonus may be restricted or removed in rare cases, like payment issues or misuse. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
